Here at Pixie & Fleur we make every effort to ensure that every item we send out is in tip top shape.
If you happen to spot a manufacturers fault we have missed then let us know ASAP and we will either fix or replace the item for you. If we cannot facilitate either you will be entitled to a full refund.
Regrettably after 2 weeks we are unable to exchange any items for any reason, and will not accept returns as faulty if the fault is deemed to be as a result of general wear and tear.
**Please Note** With various hand made items imperfections are normal, in particular with the Monkey Pod stools, where wood surfaces are often uneven and grain variations and wood knots differ with each item. Website images are a guide only and stool design sizes and paint colours may vary. We do not offer refunds on engraved items.
